Staff Record (completed) available below!
Registry Card (Or proof of certification/courses taken)
Government Issued ID
Employment authorization
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
The following items are recommended to be brought in to interviews(or uploaded online *BEFORE* the interview):
Staff Health Report*
Continuing Education Form
List of References (if applicable)
If you have children that you plan to bring with you to work, they MUST be fully enrolled prior to first day of work, and will be paying tuition!!
